Doctor Sallow

A physician at Portland's Mount Pleasant Hospital. Sallow was the attending physician for a severely disabled young man named Kenneth Erskine. Kenneth was born with a severe form of immuno-deficiency and was unable to survive outside of a protective bubble.

Sallow was able to keep Kenneth relatively happy and safe for most of his life, except during the apocalypse. The hospital was in chaos just before the White Light and Kenneth's air supply was briefly contaminated - disfiguring him.

Afterwards, Kenneth became the subject of a police investigation involving the murders of entrants in an art competition which he had entered and lost. Sallow defended Erskine, explaining that he had, quite literally, an airtight alibi.

Eventually though, when it became clear that Kenneth was in fact responsible, he committed suicide. Before the end he signed over all rights to his story and possessions toDoctor Sallow.

A vampire working for Bludd, Dr. Tropski was also the doctor caring for Sara Johnston when she was brought into the hopital in a coma.

Dr. Tropski discussed Sara's condition with Jim Downing when he arrived, explaining that Sara's condition was caused by the combination of her visiting The Black, and her having sex with Downing.

When Cyan's nightmares got to be worrisome for Wanda, she took her to see a child psychiatrist. Dr. Zabous tried to ease Wanda's concerns, but also recommended that Cyan continue to schedule appointments with her.

Years later, when Wanda was having fears about the twins, she took little Jake and Katie to. Dr. Zabous as well. Zabous felt the children were fine, but that Wanda was seriously disturbed. She recommended that Terry keep a close eye on her.

Leader of one of Heaven's angelic armies. After receiving word from the throne that the armies of Heaven are to stand down and allow Urizen to roam free, Domina contacted her fellow leader Urania to suggest waging battle of their own accord - refuting the word of God.

Unable to convince Urania to join her unsanctioned attack, she decided to forge on ahead anyway. Before she could attack, however, she was confronted by Angela. The two angels fought until the Heavenly Hosts arrived, after which Domina finally backed down.

Downing's Assassin*

While appearing on the Craig Grant television show, a would-be assassin appeared in the crowd and shot Jim Downing at point blank range. The unnamed assassin was quickly apprehended, and his victim miraculously stood up on his own, apparently unharmed.

Later, Downing visited the man in jail and revealed that he was aware that the man had been hired by Bludd, and that he was a child molestor. Soon after, Leetha independently visited the man once again and murdered him.

A man of unusually large size who had traveled the world and had taken to living isolated within the woods near Rhyll. As he felt his life coming to a close, he made his presence known to Covenant and made efforts to pass on the knowledge he had obtained throughout his life and travels.

Covenant studied Dumas's teachings for several months before Dumas finally succumbed to his condition and passed on.
