- This is cover "Q" with art by Greg Capullo and Todd McFarlane. It was distributed as a 1:666 retailer incentive, and came signed by Todd McFarlane.
- The book came with a Certificate of Authenticity from CGC authorizing the owner to be able to submit the book for grading and receive a "Signature Series" witnessed label within 30 days (otherwise, the signature would be treated as unwitnessed, and the book would receive a "Qualified" label).
